24-Hour Cancellation Policy
I totally get that life happens! But please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24
hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be
charged 50% of the service booked. This ensures fairness for all clients and respects
my time as a solo esthetician.
No-Show Policy
No call, no show? That's a no-go. Missed appointments without any notice will be
charged 100% of the scheduled service. Habitual no-shows may not be rebooked. I
run a tight (and glowing) ship over here!
Late Arrival Policy
Running a bit behind? Please let me know! I allow a 10-minute grace period. Beyond
that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
